Supporting Parents Healthy Children Implementation Workshop September 2017

On the 19th September  the across-workforce project team for the Supporting Parents Healthy Children Guideline implementation are offering an Implementation Workshop for people leading guideline implementation processes (focusing on practice change).

You have been identified as having a key role in the implementation process in your DHB region, and we would like to invite you to attend this day. The workshop will be offered in Wellington. If you are able to attend and have the support of your managers to do so, we will support your attendance with travel.

The programme for the day will include an introduction to specific tools used in implementation processes, and provide an opportunity for like-minded colleagues in other areas of the country to share their implementation successes, challenges and resources. If you feel that you are not able to attend, or that there is someone else that you would prefer to attend, then please let us know.

If you are able to attend this event, please register below no later than Friday 4th August.

If you have any questions, please contact Bronwyn Dunnachie at [email protected], or Stephanie Brown at [email protected] or 09 923 4249.
