About our team
Our team of Care Managers provides high-quality comprehensive assessment and treatment for adults and their families. We value our cohesive team culture of collaborative practice, openness, humour and respect across disciplines and engender confidence, trust and rapport with clients and their support networks.
This position is open to Registered Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists with a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience working in mental health. You will be experienced in providing high-quality, comprehensive assessment and treatment for clients within the specialist Mental Health Services. You will have experience using a range of therapeutic modalities to support transition of clients through specialist services back to their primary provider. You will have an up to date knowledge of mental health and the associated issues.
