The opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced, registered Mental Health Nurse or Psychologist to join our friendly and dynamic ProCare Fresh Minds team in Manukau.

This role involves working with primary care providers promoting the Wellness Support model of care. It involves working with GP practices and a range of primary care health professionals to improve their knowledge of mental health and addiction issues, and enhance their skills in identifying and addressing them effectively.

The successful applicant will be a registered health professional, who will develop and maintain appropriate referral pathways that engage the wider community resources and will also support ProCare Fresh Minds clinicians to liaise effectively with secondary care and community services. 

We are looking for a flexible self-starter, who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Our service sees individuals and families across the age range and offers brief interventions, intensive therapy, tele-therapy, ‘live’ interactive webinars, parenting programmes, Mindfulness and other groups.  For more information about Fresh Minds, visit
