Project Support Administrator
Permanent position: 40 hours per week
Werry Workforce Wharaurau, for infant, child and adolescent mental health, works toward improving the mental health of children and young people in New Zealand through workforce development, advocacy, and by actively supporting those who provide services to children and their families. This appointment is through UniServices, Australasia's largest University research company which is owned by the University of Auckland and responsible for providing the University's research expertise to government and industry.
We seek a Project Support Administrator who is an expert at multi-tasking to support the Werry Workforce Wharaurau development team who manage a variety of different projects. The role is varied and stretches from general office administration, travel arranging and event co-ordination to managing multiple tasks generated from the Projects to meet deadlines.
Confident with the MS Office suite at a minimum of intermediate level, you will have strong experience with office procedures, great attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills, and be self-motivated and highly adaptable. Experience with Drupal or other website platforms, Mailchimp and Adobe InDesign would be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will also have excellent customer service skills, initiative and a mature yet enthusiastic approach.
This position is based at our Grafton campus.
